Professional Summary: With nearly fifteen years of leading-edge technology expertise, Don brings substantial software engineering and architectural strategy leadership to ALTERthought. He is pivotal in ensuring ALTERthought’s engineering group possesses the appropriate balance of dynamic, innovative teams and concepts. Don specializes in building large scale distributed OO systems; which at one point in time meant C++ but now typically means Java.
Don holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Personal:Don is a passionate Origami practisioner and is currently building a simple binary shift register using extension cords, powerstrips and dozens of ‘clappers’.
